Guildhall is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage substructure construction activities for this landmark infrastructure project. The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering complex foundations and underground works to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage all substructure works including piling, foundations, basements, and underground structures• Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective execution of works• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements• Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and project management teams• Identify risks related to substructure works and implement mitigation measures• Prepare and review progress reports, method statements, and technical documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects• Proven experience managing substructure and foundation works on major projects• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, quality control, and HSE standards• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills• Experience working in the Middle East is an advantage
