We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our automotive operations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, ensure seamless day-to-day processes, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our automotive business.Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the automotive facility to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.- Manage and coordinate with various departments including sales, service, logistics, and inventory management.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operational aspects.- Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance goals.- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries.- Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively to maintain high customer satisfaction.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the automotive industry.- Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.- Familiarity with automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.- Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office applications.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment in Kuwait.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
