We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth and market expansion within the HoReCa food distribution sector. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Dry, Frozen, and Chilled food categories and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams. This role works closely with the CEO to drive sustainable and scalable growth.Key Responsibilities•Drive aggressive revenue and market share growth across Dry, Frozen, and Chilled product categories•Increase average transaction value through superior service and expanded product offerings•Strategically grow the customer base in line with regional expansion plans•Lead, manage, coach, and performance-manage a growing sales team•Collaborate with Finance on customer onboarding, credit evaluation, and credit limits•Set and manage weekly, monthly, and annual sales budgets and forecasts•Maintain customer churn below agreed thresholds•Personally manage and develop relationships with high-value and newly onboarded customers•Work closely with Operations to ensure service levels, lead times, and cold-chain compliance•Utilize ERP reporting for sales analysis, inventory planning, and demand forecasting•Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify new product and category opportunities•Lead marketing initiatives including sampling, promotional pricing, and brand awareness campaigns•Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports for the CEO and CFO•Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and asset management standardsKey Accountabilities & KPIs•Revenue and market share growth across Dry, Frozen, and Chilled categories•New customer onboarding and customer lifetime value•Average transaction value growth•Sales team performance, development, and retention•Customer satisfaction, service levels, and churn rate•Effectiveness of promotional and marketing initiatives
•10+ years of sales experience in HoReCa / Food Service within Dubai•Mandatory experience managing Dry, Frozen, and Chilled food categories•Minimum 5 years in a sales management or leadership role•Strong understanding of food distribution, cold-chain logistics, and category management•Proven ability to lead, coach, and performance-manage sales teams•Strong commercial and financial acumen with ERP experience•Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills•Strong written and spoken English•UAE driving license required•Willingness to travel within UAE and potentially GCC
