Key Responsibilities•Lead and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in media and video production services•Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and corporate clients•Identify market opportunities and expand the company’s presence within the UAE media industry•Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to maximize revenue•Collaborate with internal production and creative teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success•Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Key Skills & Qualifications•Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in video production, media production, or related industries•Strong existing network with agencies, brands, and production clients in the UAE•Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills•Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies•Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)•Strong understanding of media production processes and client servicing
