About the role:We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in social media management, content creation, and marketing strategy development. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and proactive, with a deep understanding of current marketing trends and tools. In this role, you will manage and grow social media platforms, develop engaging content, plan and execute campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and ensure all marketing initiatives reflect our brand identity and messaging.Key Responsibilities:•Develop high-quality, creative content for social media and other marketing channels such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. •Manage social media platforms to drive engagement and growth while maintaining consistent brand messaging. •Plan and manage monthly content calendars and paid advertising campaigns.•Design and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including brand development and signage.•Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to create promotional materials and seasonal campaigns, and work with other departments as needed to support marketing-related activities.•Track and analyze paid ad performance using tools like Meta Ads and Google Ads; provide actionable insights for optimization and improved conversion.•Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to implement strategies to increase brand awareness.•Coordinate with external agencies to manage projects and ensure consistent messaging.•Support visual merchandising and optimize product layout across stores to maintain brand consistency and deliver excellent consumer experience.•Manage website content, including updating new content and periodic updates such as promotions.•Monitor website performance and recommend solutions to improve functionality and user experience.•Manage Google Analytics and Google Business accounts; analyze insights and provide feedback to improve strategy.•Leverage AI tools and content creation tools to enhance content and generate innovative ideas. •Assist with departmental budget planning and implementation.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within trading or B2B industries.•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.•Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns with the ability to analyze insights for performance optimization and brand growth. •Strong understanding of social media channels and content formats.•Proficiency in design and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot and Adobe Express.•Experience with paid advertising and analytical tools such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.•Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of generating fresh ideas.•Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
