Our boutique represents the pinnacle of luxury confectionery, delivering bespoke experiences to a discerning international clientele.We are seeking a Sales Associate who embodies elegance, passion for luxury retail, and a genuine talent for client engagement.Key Responsibilities•Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience aligned with the Brand’s luxury standards•Actively engage clients through storytelling, product knowledge, and refined sales techniques•Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique targets•Develop long-term relationships with clients and contribute to CRM initiatives•Present products impeccably, ensuring displays meet visual merchandising guidelines•Handle products with care, respecting quality, hygiene, and brand image standards•Support daily boutique operations including stock handling, replenishment, and cash management•Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail at all times•Advise clients on customized chocolate boxes, bespoke assortments, and premium gift selections•Ensure accuracy in order details, timelines, and special requests while maintaining brand presentation standards•Assist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups for corporate clients
