About the role:Prakash Trading Company (PTC) Group is looking for a hands-on In-House Project Coordinator to manage construction of new projects, as well as, fit-out, refurbishment, upgrades and improvement of all current real estate assets to add value. The ideal candidate owns several projects from start to finish, coordinates closely with management, real estate teams, and operations teams to ensure warehouses, offices, commercial and residential assets are built around real business needs.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and manage end-to-end construction and fit-out projects (warehouses, offices, commercial and residential).•Work closely with the operations team to understand warehouse, logistics, storage, and space-planning requirements.•Act as the central coordination point between management, real estate team, operations team (project-specific) and contractors, consultants and suppliers. •Monitor site progress, timelines, quality, and execution.•Support real estate asset management including fit-outs, refurbishments, upgrades, maintenance-related construction works, asset improvement and value-enhancement initiatives.•Provide clear reporting and updates to management.Working Style:•Hybrid role: office coordination + regular site presence•Hands-on, execution-focused•High level of communication, ownership, and accountability
•Minimum three years of experience in construction project coordination in the UAE.•Experience with residential, offices, commercial or industrial projects.•Strong coordination skills with contractors and consultants.•Ability to understand and translate operational business needs into construction outcomes.•Organized, practical, and solution-driven.•Valid UAE Driver's License.Preferred (Added Advantage):•Background in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.•Experience supporting real estate portfolios.•Knowledge of warehouse logistics and space planning.•Existing contractor / consultant network in Dubai or Sharjah.•Experience with Project Management tools.
