Role: We are looking for site MEP Inspector who will be responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and supervising MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved designs. The role requires hands-on experience in contractor supervision and the ability to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and accurately.Key Responsibilities:•Inspect and monitor MEP installations on-site, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.•Ensure all works comply with project drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.•Supervise contractors and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed correctly and on schedule.•Review and verify contractor work plans, materials, and equipment.•Report non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to the Resident Engineer or MEP Manager.•Maintain daily inspection reports, progress records, and quality documentation.•Coordinate with design engineers, contractors, and project management for smooth execution.•Conduct tests and commissioning activities as per project requirements.•Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards on-site.
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.•5-10 Proven experience in contractor supervision on construction sites.•Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and installation practices.•Familiarity with inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality assurance procedures.•Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.•Ability to identify issues promptly and recommend practical solutions.•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other MEP software is a plus.
