The Development Director will lead the end-to-end development life cycle of large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects from concept through completion. * Proven experience in a senior development role within residential, commercial, and/or hospitality real estate having delivered minimum 3-4 projects through the projects entire full lifecyle * Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian real estate market and regulatory environment * Demonstrated ability to lead complex, large-scale developments * Excellent financial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills * Arabic speaking is advantageous but not essential * Degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
