Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in accordance with Saudi Health Council (SCHFS) standards, hospital policies, and international nursing practices. The nurse will work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities•Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on nursing standards•Monitor patient vital signs and clinical conditions•Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians•Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records•Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures•Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions•Ensure infection control practices and patient safety protocols are strictly followed•Prepare and maintain medical equipment and ensure proper usage•Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide first-line care•Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of patient care
