The ideal candidate will guide clients through the mortgage application process, providing expert advice and personalized financial solutions to help them secure their dream homes efficiently and confidently.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products.- Guide clients through the entire mortgage application and approval process, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.- Collaborate with real estate agents, financial institutions, and legal professionals to facilitate seamless transactions.- Stay updated with the latest mortgage regulations, products, and market trends in the UAE.- Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business and referrals.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the mortgage process.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant or in a similar role within banking or real estate.- Strong understanding of UAE mortgage products, banking regulations, and real estate market dynamics.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
