The ideal candidate will drive organizational capability, leadership excellence, and employee development initiatives that align with the company’s ambitious business goals in a competitive property market.Key Responsibilities:•Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy tailored to a real estate/property development environment.•Identify skills gaps across business units and design impactful learning programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.•Lead and mentor a high-performing L&D team, fostering innovation and engagement.•Measure the effectiveness of learning programs using metrics and feedback to ensure tangible business impact.•Partner with department heads to integrate learning strategies with organizational objectives.•Promote a culture of continuous learning and high performance.•Monitor industry trends and emerging learning technologies to implement innovative solutions.•Manage L&D budgets, vendors, and external partnerships effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred.•10+ years’ experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.•Strong understanding of adult learning principles, talent development, and leadership frameworks.•Experience in large, dynamic organizations, preferably in real estate, construction, or property management.•Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.•Analytical mindset with ability to track ROI and learning outcomes.Preferred Skills:•Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning solutions.•Proven ability to drive cultural change through L&D initiatives.•Strategic thinker with a track record of inspiring teams and leaders.
