This role focuses on enhancing employee well-being, organizational culture, and leadership effectiveness, leveraging psychological insights to drive business success. The ideal candidate will combine clinical and organizational expertise to influence culture, performance, and engagement across the organization.Key Responsibilities:•Provide psychological expertise to support employee well-being, engagement, and performance in a real estate/property development context.•Conduct assessments, coaching, and development programs for leaders and high-potential employees.•Collaborate with HR and leadership on organizational development initiatives, change management, and culture-building programs.•Lead talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership evaluation processes.•Analyze workplace behavior, morale, and culture to provide actionable insights.•Act as a strategic partner to the leadership team in people-related decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements:•Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.•Licensed or certified psychologist with corporate/organizational experience.•Proven track record of advising senior leadership and driving organizational change.•Strong interpersonal, coaching, and analytical skills.•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally.Preferred Skills:•Experience in employee engagement, talent assessment, and leadership development.•Familiarity with multinational, cross-cultural teams in real estate, construction, or property management.•Credibility and presence to operate effectively as part of the leadership team.
