SG Recruitment are working with a global technology company to hire an Account Executive. This role is based in Dubai and will offer hybrid working after probation.- Own and hit revenue targets, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.- Run full-cycle sales from discovery to close (demo, proposal, negotiation).- Build account plans, map stakeholders, and multi-thread key deals.- Generate pipeline via outbound, partner with BDRs, and expand within existing accounts.- Translate pain points into value/ROI and present solutions clearly.- Collaborate with SEs, Marketing, and CS to drive deal velocity.
- 3+ years experience as an Account Executive in the tech industry- Experience with mid-market and enterprise sales- International sales experience- Degree in business, marketing, management, or communications (nice to have)
