Our client is looking for a Partnership Specialist to establish, manage, and scale high-value partnerships that support the company's mission to attract, enable, and grow businesses. This role focuses on structured partner development, strong stakeholder coordination, and disciplined reporting aligned with strategic priorities.Key Responsibilities:- Identify priority industry verticals aligned with the company's strategic objectives- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of target partners per approved vertical- Conduct structured outreach and manage partnerships from initial engagement to MoU execution- Secure internal leadership alignment prior to partner engagement- Develop and maintain a centralized partnership tracker, ensuring weekly updates- Coordinate with Marketing and Legal teams for MoU drafting, approvals, and digital signing- Ensure compliance with governance, branding, and internal approval frameworks- Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly partnership performance reports- Present pipeline status, signed partnerships, and key challenges to senior management- Support partnership activation initiatives including social media, website updates, email campaigns, blogs, and MoU signing events
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in partnerships or business development- Experience working with government or semi-government entities is preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)- Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), or email marketing tools is a plus- Basic design tool knowledge (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage
