The Civil Engineer must have solid experience in design, construction, and supervision. The candidate shall hold a Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant project experience.The role includes responsibilities related to house connections, miscellaneous works, and road works, as well as development of design sketches and follow-up on NOCs.The candidate must also have:•Complete knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage, and irrigation networks in Dubai•Proven experience in handling emergency works•Strong familiarity with all areas within the Emirate of Dubai and the ability to respond immediately to emergency situations•Ability to deal with the public and coordinate with various Dubai Municipality projects
•Strong computer skills in drafting programs and engineering software, including:•Microsoft Word, Excel, Primavera•SewerGEMS, InfoWorks ICM, or similar tools•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English•Strong decision-making ability•Valid UAE Driving License
