We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Administrative Officer to support our Dubai office operations. The ideal candidate will handle daily administrative tasks, ensure smooth office functioning, and provide support to management and staff while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and document filing
- Maintain office supplies, assets, and vendor coordination
- Assist in HR-related administrative tasks (attendance, leave records, employee files)
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Support finance tasks with basic invoicing, expense tracking, and documentation
- Liaise with government authorities, PROs, and service providers when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 1–2 years of administrative experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Knowledge of basic HR and office procedures in the UAE
