Our client, a leading business setup consultancy, is looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Launch Advisor to guide entrepreneurs through the company formation process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service from the first contact to business setup completion.Key Responsibilities:- Handle and convert sales inquiries from various channels—calls, emails, chats, walk-ins, and referrals- Educate clients on business formation, legal structures, activity selection, and Free Zone regulations- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM (ZOHO)- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, channel partners, and Free Zones- Support and train new consultants and setup firms to drive sales performance- Represent the company at events and networking opportunities to expand lead generation- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations) to fulfill client requirements- Monitor competition through mystery shopping and market research- Provide accurate, transparent, and timely information throughout the setup process- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates- Deliver excellent service throughout the client journey—from inquiry to license issuance
- Bachelor’s Degree- Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role; experience in the Freezone or company formation sector is a plus- Proven ability to close deals and meet quotas- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- CRM experience (preferably ZOHO)- Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office- Motivated, energetic, and customer-focused- Fluent in Russian and English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage- Professional in appearance and conduct
