We are currently seeking an experienced Housekeeping Operations Manager for our client, an established service provide to lead and manage large-scale housekeeping operations across multiple sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven experience from high-volume housekeeping or Facilities Management (FM) companies with expertise in housekeeping services, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and full compliance with client and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end housekeeping operations across multiple sites, including residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.- Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality checks to maintain high housekeeping standards.- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to address operational issues and improvement opportunities.- Control operational costs, consumables, chemicals, equipment usage, and budgets.- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, health & safety standards, and company policies.
- Extensive experience in housekeeping operations management.- Prior experience with housekeeping companies is A MUST.- Proven track record managing large housekeeping manpower across multiple sites.-Strong understanding of housekeeping chemicals, machinery, cleaning methods, and industry best practices.- Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
