Role Purpose:The Employee Wellbeing & Engagement Advisor is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving a holistic wellbeing strategy that supports employees’ physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing. The role partners closely with HR, leadership, and external providers to foster a healthy, engaged, and high?performing workplace aligned with the organization’s values and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Program Design•Develop and implement a comprehensive employee wellbeing framework covering mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing.•Translate organizational strategy and people priorities into practical, measurable wellbeing initiatives.•Own the annual wellbeing roadmap, budget planning, and ROI tracking.Program Delivery & Operations•Design and deliver wellbeing programs (e.g., mental health awareness, resilience, ergonomics, fitness, nutrition, financial literacy).•Manage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers and other wellbeing vendors; monitor service quality and utilization.•Coordinate wellbeing events, campaigns, and awareness initiatives across the business.Employee Experience & Engagement•Act as a trusted point of contact for wellbeing-related matters, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.•Partner with People & Culture on engagement surveys, pulse checks, and action planning.•Embed wellbeing into key employee lifecycle moments (onboarding, performance cycles, change initiatives).Stakeholder Management•Advise leaders and managers on best practices for supporting team wellbeing and psychological safety.•Collaborate with HSE, Facilities, and Corporate Services to ensure safe, healthy work environments.•Liaise with external partners, insurers, and healthcare providers as required.Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement•Define wellbeing KPIs and dashboards (participation, engagement, absenteeism, turnover correlations).•Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve programs and demonstrate business impact.•Stay current with regional and global wellbeing trends, regulations, and best practices.
