We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Procurement & Tender Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services, as well as handling end-to-end tendering activities. This role requires strong technical understanding, supplier coordination skills, and the ability to ensure compliance with tender and procurement requirements while achieving cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:•Manage end-to-end IT procurement activities, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and purchasing of IT hardware, software, licenses, and services.•Prepare, review, and evaluate IT tenders, RFQs, and RFPs in accordance with company policies and client specifications.•Coordinate with internal IT and business teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into accurate procurement and tender documents.•Conduct market research to identify qualified IT vendors and assess product compatibility, compliance, and pricing.•Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with IT suppliers to ensure best value, service levels, and warranty support.•Ensure compliance with tender technical specifications, commercial conditions, and regulatory requirements.•Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, installation, and after-sales support for IT-related purchases.•Maintain accurate documentation for IT procurement and tender submissions, including technical datasheets, compliance matrices, and contracts.•Track IT procurement costs, analyze spend data, and recommend cost-saving and optimization opportunities.•Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure proper delivery, invoicing, and payment processing.•Support management in IT procurement planning, budgeting, and vendor strategy development.
