The Junior System Engineer will support system assurance and safety engineering activities across the project lifecycle. Working under the guidance of senior system and safety engineers, the role involves assisting in the preparation, coordination, and review of system assurance and RAMS-related analyses and deliverables to ensure compliance with project, regulatory, and safety requirements.Key Responsibilities:1) Assist in the implementation and application of System Assurance principles across system development and integration phases.2) Support RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) activities, including data collection, analysis, and documentation.3) Contribute to the preparation of system safety analyses such as Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard Logs, and risk assessments under senior supervision.4) Support the development and maintenance of system assurance and safety deliverables, including reports, matrices, and compliance documentation.5) Assist in coordinating assurance activities with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, design, operations, and maintenance).6) Support compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and contractual system assurance requirements.7) Participate in reviews, audits, and technical meetings as required.8) Maintain proper documentation and version control of assurance-related records.
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related discipline).2) 2–4 years of experience in systems engineering, system assurance, safety engineering, or related fields.3) Exposure to international standards such as EN 50126 / 50128 / 50129, IEC, or equivalent.4) Experience in infrastructure, rail, transportation, or large-scale engineering projects.5) Familiarity with safety management tools or assurance tracking systems.
