Job Description & Responsibilities: • Handling all administrative tasks and completing various official and internal forms accurately and efficiently • Managing reception duties, including welcoming visitors, answering and directing calls, handling emails, and coordinating appointments • Providing direct administrative and executive support to senior management and CEOs, including calendar management, coordination of meetings, and handling confidential matters • Managing personal and sensitive matters related to the CEOs with a high level of professionalism and discretion • Handling PRO-related responsibilities, including visa processing, government documentation, and coordination with relevant authorities • Organizing and coordinating meetings, preparing meeting rooms, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth meeting operations • Providing hospitality services to managers, executives, and guests, including arranging refreshments and maintaining a professional meeting environment • Supporting day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow and effective internal communication • Coordinating with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Female candidate • Minimum 1 year of work experience in the UAE • Proven experience in administrative, reception, and executive support roles • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure • Strong organizational and communication skills • Professional appearance and attitude • High level of confidentiality and sense of responsibility
