We are hiring a Remote Arabic Assistant who will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, handling routine assistant work, and supporting daily operations. This role is suitable for a fresh candidate with strong Arabic communication skills and a positive, proactive work attitude.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and follow up with existing Arabic-speaking clients
Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, email, and calls Create invoices and assist with basic billing-related tasks Coordinate documents and track client requests
Provide general administrative and assistant support Translate basic information between Arabic and English when required Support other operational tasks as assigned
Requirements Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) Basic English communication skills Positive work attitude and willingness to learn Good coordination and follow-up skills Ability to work independently in a remote setup Basic computer knowledge (email, documents, spreadsheets)
