This is a part-time, on-site role for a Mystery Shopper located in Hail, Saudi Arabia . The Mystery Shopper will be responsible for visiting retail locations mostly in the automotive sector, evaluating the quality of customer service, and providing detailed feedback on their experiences. Day-to-day tasks include posing as regular customers, taking notes on various service aspects, completing detailed reports based on visits, and providing insights to help organizations improve their customer service practices.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.- Ability to follow guidelines and instructions carefully to gather accurate information.- Reliable, honest, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.- Age between 21 to 55- Arab speaker- KSA Driving License is must and preferably own a car (not company's car or rental car)- Both gender can apply
