Job Summary We are seeking a trustworthy, well-organized, and multitasking professional to support the CEO with both personal household responsibilities and home office operations. This role combines personal assistance, household management, administrative support, and basic customer care/telesales duties. The ideal candidate should be flexible, discreet, presentable, and comfortable working in a home-based professional environment while managing diverse responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities Household & Personal Support • Prepare coffee, tea, and basic meals for the CEO • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the house and home office • Manage household supplies and daily upkeep • Take care of the CEO’s pets during travel (feeding, basic care, cleanliness) • Ensure the home office is clean, organized, and work-ready at all times Personal Assistant Duties • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and reminders • Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups • Assist with day-to-day personal and professional tasks • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times Administrative & Office Support Exclusive Talent Human Resource Consultancies Co.
