*Plan, set up, and manage Google Search (SEO) to generate high-intent leads. Work on top keywords to maintain on google 1st page. *Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting, creatives, and remarketing flows. *Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to improve CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS. *Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing of creatives and ad copy. *Set up and maintain conversion tracking for calls, WhatsApp clicks, and form submissions. *Collaborate with the business center team to ensure ad creatives align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions. *Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality and adjust targeting accordingly. *Manage retargeting campaigns to re-engage non-converting website visitors and past leads. *Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. *Stay up to date with Google Ads & Meta Ads algorithm changes and industry best practices.
