We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who will be instrumental in shaping intuitive, user-centric interfaces for advanced AI solutions. This role bridges creativity and functionality, ensuring sophisticated technology is accessible and valuable to users across industries.Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end design processes from ideation, research, and wireframing to prototyping and delivery.- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product vision and design strategy.- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.- Establish UX/UI standards and elevate design thinking within the organization.- Advocate for user needs and design excellence across cross-functional initiatives.
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:- 4–6 years of professional experience in product/UX design.- Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design outcomes.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
