We're launching our Dubai operations after 13+ years of success in Tbilisi, Georgia. You'll be our Founding Sales Executive – the entrepreneurial driver who builds our UAE market from ground zero. This isn't an order-taker role; you'll be hunting, prospecting, and creating opportunities where none exist today.You'll sell unique corporate event experiences in Georgia (conferences, teambuilding, partnership fairs) to Dubai-based companies, offering premium quality at 15-30% cost savings versus local options.This is for you if:- You thrive on building something new with autonomy- You're energized by cold outreach and rejection (because most attempts fail)- You have a genuine network of corporate decision-makers you can tap- You're comfortable being the entire sales department- You want significant upside through commission (not just a salary)Compensation StructureBase Salary: AED 10,000-15,000/month + commission on all closed revenueAdditional Benefits- Bi-annual trip to Georgia to visit operations (builds product knowledge)- Flexible work arrangement (home + co-working as needed)
Experience & Track Record- Minimum 5 years B2B sales experience in Dubai, UAE- Proven track record in one of these sectors:- Corporate events/MICE industry- Hospitality/hotel group sales- Corporate travel/DMC services- High-value B2B services (HR consulting, corporate training, executive search)- Documented success: Must provide evidence of quota achievement- Average deal size: Experience selling $30K-100K+ deals with 2-6 month sales cycles.Network & Relationships- Active LinkedIn profile with 500+ connections, majority Dubai-based professionals- Existing relationships with corporate decision-makers (HR Directors, Marketing Directors, Administrative Office Executives, COOs)- Industry presence: Membership or participation in Dubai business networks, chambers, or industry groups- Can name at least 20 companies they'd approach in first 30 daysSkills & Competencies- Based and working in Dubai,UAE for 5+ Years.- Fluent English (written and spoken) - this is your primary working language- Consultative selling skills - understand client pain points, not just pitch features- CRM proficiency - Clickup, or similar- Financial acumen - can discuss ROI, cost-benefit, budget allocation with CFOs/Finance teams- Presentation skills - compelling storyteller who can pitch to C-suite- UAE Active Driver’s License.Hunter Mentality - What We're Really Looking ForThe Hunter ProfileA hunter creates opportunities; a farmer nurtures existing accounts.
