We are looking to hire a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is suited to someone early in their career who is confident on the phone and comfortable with high-volume outreach.You will be responsible for proactive candidate sourcing, cold calling, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment pipelines, while working closely with senior management to support ongoing hiring across the business.This position offers a base salary plus commission, rewarding performance and consistency, along with clear progression opportunities within a growing boutique business.
