We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to manage sales growth and client relationships while coordinating technical solutioning and project delivery. The role involves handling the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and site visits to quotation, order closure, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and engage clients in retail and B2B environments
- Generate and convert sales leads through existing networks and new initiatives
- Conduct site visits and assess technical requirements
- Propose customised design and product solutions within client budgets
- Prepare and review quotations and BOQs to ensure accuracy and margins
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry to order confirmation
- Coordinate with production and installation teams for timely execution
- Support admin teams in handling client escalations and service issues

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- 8–10 years of experience in aluminium fabrication, architectural products, or fit-out companies
- Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Ability to read drawings and work with CAD software
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of permit approval processes in Dubai and Abu Dhabi communities is an advantage
