Looking for a dynamic and professional Field Sales Executive for our Dubai operations. The candidate will be responsible for sales growth, clinic partnerships, and B2B collaborations within the dental and medical sector.
1. Clinic Sales & Collaboration
- Visit dental clinics to introduce products and close partnerships.
- Present samples, pricing, promotions, and product benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, procurement teams, and clinic managers.
- Maintain records of visits, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collect feedback, market demand, and competitor information.
- Manage sampling programs and product placement activities.
2. B2B Sales & Partnership Development
- Approach dental groups, distributors, and corporate clients for collaboration.
- Support negotiations for bulk orders and long-term supply agreements.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on collaboration plans.
3. Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Conduct daily cold calls to clinics, pharmacies, and potential B2B partners.
- Generate new leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on opportunities.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
4. Field Operations & Reporting
- Conduct daily field visits across Dubai.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales and activity reports.
- Monitor competitor trends, pricing, and product activities.
- Ensure proper brand visibility in partner clinics.
5. Admin & Marketing Support
- Support the administration department with documentation, forms, and coordination work.
- Assist the marketing team in executing campaigns, events, sampling drives, and collaboration activities.
- Help prepare product lists, price lists, and marketing materials when required.
Skills
UAE Driving License – Mandatory
3 years of field sales experience (dental, medical, or FMCG preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in cold calling and lead generation
Familiar with Dubai market routes
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Professional, presentable, and team-oriented
