We are currently seeking an Associate Director - Hospitality Soft Services for a Saudi-based Facilities Management service provider to Provide executive-level leadership over the full range of hospitality soft services including housekeeping,concierge, porterage, and customer service across all company-managed properties.RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop and implement strategic roadmap for hospitality soft services across all business lines.• Maintain overall responsibility for budget performance and service delivery standards.• Ensure 100% compliance with contractual SLAs and quality standards across sites.• Conduct quarterly business reviews and client engagement sessions.• Oversee vendor performance, tendering processes, and cost control initiatives.• Support mobilization of new contracts or large-scale client transitions.• Respond to client escalations immediately.• Provide accurate and timely monthly reporting to senior leadership.• Represent the organization at industry forums and partnership events.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or Facilities Management.Experience• Minimum 10+ years in hospitality or soft services operations, including 5 years in senior leadership •Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Hospitality Leadership Certification preferred.• Excellent communication skills
