Responsible for developing master schedules, leading, managing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules for large-scale construction and development projects. This role ensures that project timelines, resources, risks, and progress are accurately managed and reported to support strategic decision-making.

•Required 15 years of work experience•Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel/reporting tools.•Proven experience in PMC or Developer-side•Experience with large scale horizontal residential developments/projects, high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, & infrastructure. •Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract forms.•Experience with E.O.T claims, delay analysis, and project planning & control.•Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP, or CMI are an added advantage.
