We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Management Executive to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves overseeing daily property operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing maintenance activities, and supporting financial management of property portfolios. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high tenant satisfaction.- Manage lease agreements, rent collections, and enforce lease terms in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality maintenance and repair work.- Maintain accurate property records, prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance activities.- Assist in budgeting and financial management related to property operations including expense tracking and reporting.- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards related to property management.- Support the marketing and leasing efforts to maximize occupancy and revenue generation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in property management, preferably within residential or commercial real estate in the UAE.- Strong understanding of property management principles, UAE real estate laws, and tenant relations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and vendors.- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities efficiently.- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle emergencies and unexpected situations calmly and effectively.- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
