We are seeking a talented and creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will craft compelling and accurate content that effectively communicates our property offerings and brand story to diverse audiences, helping us enhance our market presence and engage potential clients.Responsibilities:- Develop, write, and edit engaging content for various platforms including websites, brochures, social media, and email campaigns.- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation.- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with company standards and real estate regulations.- Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines for campaigns and promotions.- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics and make improvements as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.- Proven experience as a content specialist or similar role.- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a plus.
