Executive & Calendar Management•Manage GM’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans•Prioritize appointments based on urgency and importance•Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action follow-upsDocumentation & Correspondence•Draft professional emails, letters, reports, and presentations on behalf of GM•Maintain confidential executive documents and contracts•Organize physical and digital filing systems•Track approvals, signatures, and executive decisionsCommunication & Coordination•Act as main point of contact between GM and internal/external stakeholders•Screen calls, emails, and visitors professionally•Coordinate with department heads on reports, deadlines, and updates Reporting & Administrative Support•Prepare management reports, summaries, and presentations•Collect departmental data for GM review•Monitor action items and follow up on assigned tasksOffice & Executive Support•Arrange executive meetings, board meetings, and business events•Handle travel bookings, visas, and accommodation•Support HR, finance, and operations with executive-level admin tasks
