We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant and Office Manager to support our private office in Abu Dhabi. This dual-role position requires exceptional administrative skills, the ability to manage office operations efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining a professional and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner to senior executives and a leader in ensuring seamless office functionality.Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient and well-organized work environment.- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.- Liaise with internal teams and external partners, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring smooth communication.- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.- Maintain office supplies inventory and negotiate with vendors for office procurement.- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by the executives.- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of professionalism.- Implement and improve office policies and procedures to optimize workflow and performance.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role within a private office setting.- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
