Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, activations, sponsorships, and exhibitions. This is a hands-on execution role suitable for someone early in their career who is organized, creative, and eager to manage on-ground activities.
Key Responsibilities Events & Activations Support • Assist in planning and delivering corporate events, activations, exhibitions, and roadshows • Prepare briefs, checklists, timelines, and event requirements • Coordinate with suppliers, designers, PR teams, and social media teams • Support branding deliverables and production coordination • Oversee on-site logistics during events to ensure smooth execution • Assist in tracking budgets, quotations, and payments Communications & Social Media Coordination • Work with PR teams on press content needs • Coordinate with social media agencies for content capture and event coverage • Support reviewing content calendars and ensuring brand alignment Project Organization • Maintain project folders, reports, contracts, and meeting minutes • Update status reports and assist in post-event documentation • Support the preparation of presentations and internal decks Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, activations, or creative agency • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Comfortable working onsite during events • Good communication skills and teamwork mindset • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint) • UAE driving license preferred • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environments
