The Learning & Development Lead is responsible for driving capability-building, digital learning initiatives, and performance improvement across the organization. This role manages the full L&D cycle—from training needs analysis to program delivery, LMS administration, data-driven reporting, and performance management support. The L&D Lead will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure learning strategies align with business goals, future skills needs, and digital transformation initiatives (including SAP-related training).Key Responsibilities•Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) using performance data, feedback, and business priorities.•Manage LMS operations: course uploads, learner tracking, training assignments, and reporting.•Support performance management cycles and link performance gaps to development plans.•Design and deliver corporate learning programs across behavioral, technical, and capability areas.•Develop learning dashboards and insights using Power BI/Excel to track participation and impact.•Measure training effectiveness using learning evaluation models and post-training analytics.•Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and ensure effective usage across teams.•Partner with internal departments to align learning initiatives with organizational objectives.•Manage external training vendors and ensure high-quality, cost-effective learning solutions.•Support SAP-related learning rollouts and maintain accurate training data across HR systems.
