-Open to Arabic, Asian or CIS nationals preferably female aged 35 and below.-Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in recreation management, sports, or leisure operations within 4–5* hotels or resorts.-Strong leadership, organizational, and guest-service skills; able to manage a team effectively.-Good communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
