Key Responsibilities•Assist in cost control and budget tracking of the project.•Support the preparation and updating of cost reports, summaries, and follow-up sheets.•Assist in tracking LPOs, subcontractor payments, and IPCs.•Assist in reviewing quantities, progress data, and cost-related documentation.•Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy in Excel-based systems.
- 0–2 years of experience in:- Cost control- Budget monitoring- Quantity surveying- Project cost reporting (preferably in superstructure projects)- Fresh graduates are welcome, provided they have basic knowledge of construction commercial processes.
