Job Title: Rig WorkerLocation: As per project siteIndustry: Oil & Gas / Drilling / ConstructionJob Summary:We are seeking Rig Workers to support drilling and rig operations by performing manual and technical tasks safely and efficiently. The role involves assisting with equipment handling, site maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.Key Responsibilities:•Assist in rig setup, operation, and dismantling activities•Handle drilling tools, pipes, and heavy equipment safely•Perform routine inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of rig equipment•Support drilling operations as directed by supervisors
•Follow HSE, safety procedures, and site regulations at all times•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rig site•Report equipment defects, hazards, or unsafe conditions immediately•Work in shifts, including night shifts if requiredRequirements:•Previous experience as a Rig Worker / Drilling Assistant preferred•Physically fit and able to perform heavy manual work•Willingness to work in challenging environments and long shifts•Knowledge of basic rig tools and safety practices•Ability to work effectively as part of a teamKey Skills:•Rig Operations Support•Equipment Handling•Safety & HSE Compliance•Manual Labor & Physical Endurance•Teamwork & Communication•Basic Mechanical Awareness
