The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, processing, and interpreting geophysical surveys with a strong focus on Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Downhole, and Crosshole methods. This role requires hands-on field experience, technical accuracy, and the ability to work independently on active project sites.Key Responsibilities•Conduct geophysical field surveys including GPR, Downhole, and Crosshole investigations•Perform GPR data acquisition, processing, and interpretation to identify subsurface conditions•Operate and maintain geophysical equipment and ensure calibration before use•Analyze survey results and prepare technical reports, drawings, and interpretations•Utilize Geolitix software for data processing, modeling, and reporting (mandatory)•Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and clients to ensure survey objectives are met•Ensure full compliance with HSE policies, site safety procedures, and local regulations•Assist in planning survey methodologies and timelines based on project scope•Troubleshoot technical and field-related challenges during surveys
Candidate Requirements•Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics, Geology, Geophysical Engineering, or related field•Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in geophysical surveys•Strong expertise in GPR, Downhole & Crosshole techniques•Mandatory experience using Geolitix software•Proven ability to independently handle field operations and data interpretation•Valid driving license preferred (vehicle provided by company)•Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions•Freshers will not be consideredSkills & Competencies•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills•Attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation•Good communication and reporting skills•Ability to work under deadlines and in site environments
