•Assist the HR/PR team members in daily tasks.•Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to HR/PR activities, such as, staffing, recruitment, training and performance appraisals.•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employees’ information database.•Facilitate recruitment, induction and existing processes.•Receive and respond to varied general HR/PR questions from employees or applicants, referring more difficult ones to the Line Manager.•Prepare reports and information on HR/PR activities as per the HR/PR Manager request.•Handle work calendar and ensure optimal scheduling of events.•Support in issue and renewal of labor cards, visas, vehicle registration cards, commercial license and any other official documents.•Make travel arrangements.•Handle all inward and outward correspondence of the HR/PR office in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of the same.•Set-up and maintain the HR/PR office files and employees files and ensure safe custody and confidentiality.•Make follow-ups to different departments any pending document.•Understand and implement QHSE policy.•Follow Veolia policy, Procedures and Work instructions.•Keep the workplace tidy and free of obstructions.•Notify the HR/PR Manager, immediately, about all HSE incidents, near misses and non-compliance.•Respond rapidly to requests for emergency and no-emergency assistance in a professional manner.•Coordinate with Veolia employees to achieve the required tasks.•Support the HR/PR Manager for preparing reports and the department’s budget.•Undertake any other reasonable work or related task at the request of the HR/PR Manager
