-The role involves managing HR operations, reporting, and analytics while ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management and data-driven HR decisions.Key Responsibilities:- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee data using SAP SuccessFactors.- Build HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using Excel and Power BI.- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and HRIS data integrity.- Participate in HR projects, process optimization, and system enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 5–10 years of HR experience with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.- SAP SuccessFactors certification is required.- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and Power BI.- Knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labor laws, and HRIS systems.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Strong presentation skills
