We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to post handover while coordinating effectively with internal departments.Key Responsibilities:· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.· Manage reservation forms, SPAs and all required sales documentation.· Coordinate with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) for Oqood registrations.· Track the full customer lifecycle from booking to handover.· Coordinate with all internal departments for timely updates.· Handle documentation, payment schedules, and CRM software efficiently.· Support post-sales activities, including registration, DLD processes, PRO services, handovers, and Oqood registrations
· 4–5 years of proven experience in UAE Real Estate (CRM).· Must have hands-on experience with DLD processes, PRO services, and Oqood.· In-depth knowledge of DLD procedures and RERA laws.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Strong knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.· Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
