1.Prepare and submit Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Quality Control Plans, and Method Statements as per project requirements.2.Ensure all inspections and testing activities align with approved ITPs and Method Statements.3.Monitor calibration of site tools and equipment and maintain calibration records.4.Maintain QA/QC records in compliance with the Project Quality Plan.5.Conduct and coordinate all civil, architectural, and interior design (ID) inspections, including material inspections.6.Ensure all on-site activities adhere to the ITP and project specifications.7.Raise and manage Internal SORs/NCRs.8.Liaise with consultants for SOR/NCR/Quality Walks resolution and closure.9.Ensure proactive identification and resolution of quality-related site issues.10.Ensure all testing is conducted as per approved ITPs and Method Statements.11.Develop and implement training plans for site teams across different trades before commencing activities.12.Prepare QA/QC monthly reports and project KPI reports.13.Strong understanding of civil, architectural, and interior design quality standards.14.Proficiency in preparing and managing QA/QC documentation.15.Excellent communication and coordination skills
1.Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.2.At least 5 to 8 years of experience in quality control or assurance in civil construction projects.3.Strong knowledge of civil engineering standards, codes, and regulations.4.Familiarity with construction processes, material testing, and inspection techniques5.Proficient in using quality management tools, systems, and software.
