Our client requires a candidate who understands the "Contractor Mindset." (Candidates with experience only in Consultancy will not be considered).•Education: Master’s Degree in Geotechnical, Soil Mechanics, or Civil Engineering from a top-tier university.•Experience: 12–15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.•Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Plaxis 3D and SAFE is essential for soil-structure interaction and structural analysis.•Technical Expertise: Proven track record in deep foundation design (diaphragm walls, barrettes) and ground improvement.•Professional Status: Excellent English communication skills; PE or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is highly preferred.
