This role requires a Senior Architect with a strong project management mindset, responsible for leading projects across all design phases and ensuring smooth coordination through to construction.Key Responsibilities• Manage architectural projects across multiple design stages, from concept development through construction documentation and site support• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure approvals and ensure compliance• Oversee design deliverables, timelines, and quality control across projects• Ensure designs are executed accurately during construction stages
• Strong experience managing projects through full design and construction lifecycle• Confident in authority submissions, approvals, and regulatory coordination• Organized, systems-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.• Proven experience in concept and design development stages for residential, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale developments• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai authority approval processes and regulations
